I had a request from CaseyCain on the 2018-08-23 OpenDaylight TSC meeting to plan for migrating ODL's system off of it's separate CLM system to the shared system used by the other projects at https://nexus-iq.wl.linuxfoundation.org

Is this something we can look into consolidating?

The objective here is streamlining operations and cutting costs. Eventually cutting
costs, the ODL CLM system will go away after a while at which point
we'll realize a cost savings as there will be one less system to
support.
