From a recent linux_secured build log, there are three dependencies that appear either not be cached, or not be linked to the correct location:

google-test
hippomocks
rapidjson
tinycbor
Android NDK

Download /home/jenkins/workspace/iotivity-verify-linux_secured/extlibs/hippomocks/v5.0.zip from https://github.com/dascandy/hippomocks/archive/v5.0.zip
Download /home/jenkins/workspace/iotivity-verify-linux_secured/extlibs/gtest/release-1.7.0.zip from https://github.com/google/googletest/archive/release-1.7.0.zip
Download v1.0.2.zip from https://github.com/miloyip/rapidjson/archive/v1.0.2.zip
wget -O /extlibs/tinycbor/v0.5.1.zip -nv https://github.com/intel/tinycbor/archive/v0.5.1.zip
Download android-ndk-r10e.bin from http://dl.google.com/android/ndk/android-ndk-r10e-linux-x86_64.bin

These should be downloaded and cached on the build server before a build runs. This will be considered resolved when these lines are no longer present in the build log.
