None of the ODL CLM jobs have been passing since November. jwagantall reminded me yesterday that the Nexus Platform plugin version needs to match Nexus IQ server version (https://nexus-iq.wl.linuxfoundation.org).

We need to resolve this ASAP as PMO typically uses this data to make sure ODL releases are good to go. We should get this resolved before Neon release candidate is cut.
