Once ONAP agrees to move their workflow to DockerHub and the templates are ready, we will need to add the proper PTL groups with permissions to push to DockerHub. 

There are few things to consider:

• Remind all PTLs and committers to register into DockerHub
• They all will need to update the wiki to add their DockerHub ID in wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Resources+and+Repositories
• Add 1 DockerHub team per ONAP component, like we have in LDAP onap committers groups (We can use the same names if we want to avoid confusion)
• Decide if the teams will have only the PTL for now or all the committers of each group to enable their push permissions.
