When OPNFV docs transition off of submodules we moved all our subprojects to their own readthedocs domains and removed the submodules from the repository. This caused links to break to the latest documentation (which may users link to regardless of the version released).

To fix this, I'd like to request a permanent redirect be put in place for docs.opnfv.org:
