Several repos are missing the info-yaml-verify job in Jenkins. 

Tried reaching the community to encourage teams to add this job and verify their INFO files which not much response. 

Since we are trying to add more verify steps into these, I need to make sure every team is using these INFO verify jobs. 

It will be faster for me to add these jobs myself and make sure the INFO.yaml files are approved.
