FYI Jie Han (in Cc) has just sent my
https://github.com/vorburger/opendaylight-etcd/ and his (private) yongo
source code to Casey/Steve Winslow for IPR review.

While that is ongoing, could we use this ticket to already set up the
project's infra with a git repo, which we would propose to name
"alt-datastores", respective mailing list, and Gerrit jobs?

Our idea is that after github.com/vorburger/opendaylight-etcd passes the
IPR review, it would be the initial ("seed") Git repo content - I'd really
love to preserve the project's history and commit log if at all possible.
Once that is in place we'll then move things around into separate top level
directories and add Jie Han's yongo source code.

If it's possible from your end, just as an FYI I'd love this entire set up
process to be fully complete in a few days, mid/end of next week at the
latest. The reason is that after that I'm on PTO for 2 weeks, and when I'm
back I will not really be able to dedicate time to OpenDaylight in May
anymore.
