Seems like ONAP's Sonar report Code Coverage VS Line Coverage in the reports has a difference of 1 to 5 %. 

Both Quality Gates are activated but we need to understand what is contributing to those few percentage differences to decide if we should deactivate one over another. 

For now, both quality rules will stay, but we need to provide an explanation on the difference between them.
