Zowe is going to end up having to underwrite our central pipeline library development so we're going to run our pipeline verifies in their their environment.

Zowe production Jenkins needs a Gerrit server configured to point to the LF Gerrit instance for this and we'll need to grant the LFID for Zowe Jenkins non-interactive user rights in the LF Gerrit.
