We need a job that will be run on a regular basis (cron) that will scrape the job cost data from builds that have been run since the last scrape. This data will be inserted into a DB.
The DB will be used to create desired report and will be a part of a separate ticket. Some thought will need to be made about how the data it stored in the DB. We will need a host for the DB.
