When running lftools nexus with a netrc for auth, lftools replies:
Failed to get nexus credentials; using empty username and password.
This is a red herring, as the command does have auth.
With no auth a 401 is returned.

When using lftools.ini no error is returned.

We should fix this error, or switch to using lftools.ini everywhere and rip out the netrc stuff.

This would require including the lftools.ini file for all jobs that use lftools maven commands
and removing the included create-netrc.sh script.
