We need to migrate off of using Coala as our linting platform as this project while it is maintained is producing no releases which we can use. The no longer have an active release engineer who can take care of releasing new versions of the project.

We've switched to pre-commit for the most part and add configuration to complete a full migration of of Coala.

While JSON and YAML and Markdown syntax can be taken care of by prettier. The current set of linters setup by coala needs to replaced with pre-commit alternatives to get the coverage.

Separate patches and tackling one linter at a time. Like:

1. ShellCheck
2. GitLint
3. Proselint (maybe, I'm on the fence about this one)
