Lincoln Lavoie got in touch with me due to a tag on the dovetail-webportal repository missing a recently added tag on the master branch (ovp-3.0.1).

Looking into it I realized there is a bug in the logic for OPNFV docker build jobs where tags would not be created for docker releases if they were added to the master branch.
The change linked to this issue should fix the bug and allow future tags on master branch repos in OPNFV to publish corresponding docker containers.
