Description
The lftools openstack image cleanup script does not check the ownership of the images that it is trying to cleanup. If an image that it has access to is not owned by the account that is running the cleanup and the image is not marked protected then it is going to fail and cause the regular maintenance job to fail.
Just like we check to see if the image is protected, we should also validate that our ownerID matches the ownerID of the image.
I had a chat with Mo on the slack channel, they have added new public images (`fedora-coreos-32.20200601.3.0-openstack.x86_64`) to all LF projects which has caused this job to fail to start from October 8th.
