After unpinning dependencies, we started to see failures in release-docker-hub unit tests. I found that these occur for any versions of the python "docker" module past v4.2.2 (the pinned version being used was 4.2.0). 4.3, 4.4, and 5.0 versions have since been released, so this is getting significantly out of date, and should be updated.
