Currently, these jobs require a clouds-yaml managed file (it can be blank), and then they don't seem to do anything else. We may need to adapt these, or just have a setup where they don't go on AWS-based Jenkins servers (this may not be the correct solution if we're going to add work for managed-files to the same job).
