When a committer loses their rights due to a removal from the INFO file they are currently being removed from the backing LFID group. They are not, however, removed from the linked saml/LFID-Group in Gerrit which means that they maintain their rights until they login via the UI again (or are manually removed by an admin).

We should update our logic such that if an INFO file is managing a Gerrit repository, then we also pull the account from the affected saml/LFID-Group in the affected Gerrit system.
