      can you have a look in the artifactory logs if you see any problems.
      (cc @Yogesh Pandey fyi and can you maybe provide additional timestamps so that searching in logs can be more precise?)

      @Nils Semmelrock: From afternoon we are getting some issues in fresh installation of Release 1.8 "403  Forbidden [IP: 52.92.210.1 443]\nE: Failed to fetch" ....Attached the detail logs. Let me know any inputs for the same.
