We use Sonar and the Jenkins Sonar plugin now has a wrapper configuration which injects SONAR_* variables into the build. This is useful when running Sonar so that we can configure Sonar at the Jenkins Global Configuration level for an entire Jenkins system.

Currently we work around this buy hardcoding the Sonar host via commandline option 
-Dsonar.host.url=https://sonar.opendaylight.org but would mean a job configuration change every time we want to modify this.

This task is an upstream task to add support for this plugin to JJB tool itself.
