Continuation of RELENG-598 we've backed out the java-builder update from all autorelease builders. We've moved back to an image created on 20170807 which seems to work.

We need to figure out why autorelease fails to build on the new java-builder. It often fails due to SFT crashing and we need to understand why that is otherwise we cannot update java builder.

We should test and troubleshoot on the sandbox and only update the builder once we can get a successful build.
