    Description

      We need repos for the epel, debian and suse.

      Required steps:
      1. Create repositories
      2. Create roles and privileges for deployment to the repos
      2. Create capabilities for metadata generation
      3. Create schedule tasks for cleaning up .*devel repos
      4. Update the heira cronjob for metadata generation for apt/ubuntu
      5. Added these repos to Jenkins (releng/sandbox).
