Now that Sigul's been tested with and has been successfully releasing artifacts to Maven Central for the OpenDaylight project, it is time to deploy it to the Autorelease job.

Considering that autorelease produces a significant amount more artifacts that need signing we should do extra testing to make sure it works on the sandbox before pushing to production.

This will save a significant amount of time for RE as we will no longer have to manually download and sign the artifacts.
