      As noted in opendaylight.org #65613, we are switching away from FindBugs to SpotBugs, which leads to warnings being generated by Jenkins:

      The plugin invocation is part of global-JJB templates, hence it needs to be switched there. I suspect we can activate it as a replacement of findbugs.
