Views created with [Sectioned View Plugin|https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Sectioned+View+Plugin] in Jenkins cannot be generated with JJB.  Patch upstream so we can generate such views with a macro similar to what's in [global-jjb|https://github.com/lfit/releng-global-jjb/blob/master/jjb/lf-macros.yaml]
