setup dockerhub for Zowe per Mark Ackert:

DockerHub works for us, it was our development team's preference . Let me know if there's anything else I can do on my end to help move this forward.

IT RelEng answer: since we are not standing up a Nexus for Zowe we suggest using DockerHub from the start.
