The cirrun.sh script needs to be run by several jobs. At some point the the scripts started to incorrectly 'source' cirun.sh instead of running it as a sub-process.

For long term maintainability cirun.sh needs to run i sub-shell

To avoid some very cludgy code around the calls to cirun.sh I expect to make changes to ciruns.sh (located in fabric-sdk-java)
