Zowe is having problems with how long it takes to pull their containers on build nodes. As a stop gap solution I'm pulling the containers into the docker/builder nodes (which'll help with the docker caching layers, but probably want to rebuild occasionally to update them).

Next up is discussion around caching for projects using Jenkins in Vexx without Nexus for caching (Zowe uses Artifactory which lives outside our control/ network).
