The connector artifacts for apache-atlas and ibm-information-server have been migrated to their own bintray repositories (and removed from odpi/egerai), and AZP has been configured to distributed them there over putting everything in 'odpi/egeria' on Bintray.

This was done primarily to fix their inclusion in JCenter (and therefore Maven-Central) because there is a requirement that Bintray packages come from the VCS repo associated with them on Bintray (ie org.odpi.egeria packages can't come from github.com/opendaylight).
