ccsdk-oran was facing some issues in IT-20682, few additional tasks need to be taken care:

• make sure teams know the process of new docs creation
• timeouts are still happening in the global docs merge job
• legacy docs jobs need to be used only for old branches in the doc repo. The templates were being used by ccsdk erroneously.
