This was recently changed to expand the max depth to 8, as nexus.akraino.org hosts 3rd party logs. However, this is still causing problems, as the mindepth of 4 can still lead to issues even with the expanded maxdepth. What I think this calls for is two different scripts, one that runs against logs/production with mindepth/maxdepth of 3, and one that runs against the entire logs directory with mindepth/maxdepth of 8.
