EdgeX has a PyPi proxy configured on their Nexus3 system @ https://nexus3.edgexfoundry.org testing of Jenkins using their sandbox ended up getting errors related to package installation. This needs to be figured out, as well as how we would also do a secondary custom registry for project artifacts (this is related to RT#44260 for ONAP)
