• add new volumes for Jenkins and add to the volume groups and migrate data using lvm

to shrink space (preferred)

• add new volumes, rsync data
• outage to move the new volume into the location of the old volumes

clean up unused volumes

notification to fdio that the outage is to migrate volumes to reduce cost
