Per IT-26129, if a network failure occurs where job-cost.sh gets an error while trying to retrieve the instance type of the current agent, this post-build step fails, and marks the build as unstable. Job-cost is not an integral part of testing a commit, and a transient failure within this script should not mark a build as unstable.
