      Look over minion design allocations and make any appropriate changes to use the smallest instance size necessary for builds

      Acumos - minion evaluation/changes (as time allows)
      add job to sandbox and try difference sizes to see what size allows them to build quickly on the smallest size

      v2-standard are performance nodes (dedicated systems)
