This is a go-live phase template to use for opening 'public' access to the dev stack and CI stack when a project is launched:

1. populate the Project field with "IT: Release Engineering" 
2. provide a description that includes a clear definition of done, explains the "so that" of things

1. Understand and populate comments field with the specific go-live date and time for the project.
2. Document the systems that need changes in comments or checklist.
3. Create calendar reminder and understand the following:
   RelEng requires a minimum of 24 hours…. 8 business hours. We do not go live outside of standard US business hours. Going public is planned - no more fire drills.
